I have been taking these for a month now and I wanted to wait this long to do the review so that I could really get a good idea of what it provides and as a girly that doesn’t use the restroom(number 2) daily. I definitely seen an improvement with my gut health. I take it as directed, which is one probiotic a day and one digestive enzyme before your meal and I have seen an improvement in my gut health and my restroom frequency and it just helps me stay motivated to work out and eat right. There are no magic pills to get a slim belly but using this paired with eating better and working out is definitely a great combination.

I love the probiotic for sure. Has helped me with everything. I had gas, bloating indigestion, low energy and horrible food cravings. I finally feel great again. My pants fit comfortably and I think I have dropped a few LBS. I can’t say much for the digestion enzymes. They don’t really do much after a meal. But maybe that’s because the probiotic is working. Either way I recommend if you are considering. Best one I have tried so far

I have been taking the 60 Billion Probiotic every day and the Digestive Enzymes when I eat difficult to digest food such as oily or fried food. I noticed that I don’t feel so heavy and tired after eating fatty food if I take the digestive enzymes. It helps to digest the food faster without so much bloating. It is also helpful when I overeat. The digestive enzymes are able to break down the food faster and there isn’t so much acid in my stomach. However, the days when I eat too many fruits and veggies I end up with diarrhea. If you have digestive issues, these probiotics may be helpful.
