Hate I didn't get it sooner

I honestly never leave reviews but for this I have to. I have a slight tear from dislocated shoulder 10 years ago, it had been fine but here lately I was pushing my workouts a little harder and it flared back up. After weeks of working out with a shoulder brace the pain actually seemed to increase. It was to the point where putting on my shirt and applying deodorant I’d feel an annoying tweak with each movement. Today is one week in and I feel about a 75 percent improvement. It feels like I could shoulder press without a brace right now but I’m not going to push my luck just yet. The only difference I made was I do 45 reps instead of 30. If you’re in the gym currently 30 reps may not feel like much so I upped the reps. In a few days when I change the ball I’ll try 30 reps first and increase to 45 if needed. If you’re hesitant about it just order it. Now my only regret is that I hate the fact that i waited over a month to order it. Awesome product!

My job required me to travel often in my car with a very heavy work bag. After many years of flinging it into  and dragging it out of the trunk of my car, I was experiencing a lot of shoulder and upper arm pain. I ordered the RotatorFX and followed the instructions exactly.  It took a while for me to get used to sleeping with the strap device, but the results were amazingly worth the effort. Totally impressed. I have several tears in my right rotator, including a rather large tear in my biceps tendon. I just started the program and will see how it goes. Sometimes it is difficult to keep that ball spinning in the right plain. I've got rotator cuff pain in both shoulders and limited flexibility. Pain should go away but I think additional stretching would need to be included for flexibility
